Our articles are not original, but perfectly adaptable 1) Delivery 1.1) Italian Bikes web will dispatch the ordered items to the address indicated in the order e-mail 1.2) The ordered items will be dispatched through the services provided by Poste Italiane Spa. The items will be delivered according to the timetable indicated in the www.poste.it 1.3) The items directed to desitinations outside the European Union will be dispatched by default through the Postacelere Internazionale service; the delivery time of items dispatched with different services will vary according to the destination. 1.4) Tracking services are not available for regular parcels ( Priority mail , Surface mail). Tracking services is available exclusively: In Italy : shipment Registered letter or Paccocelere 3 Outside Italy: shipment Postacelere Internazionale 1.5) Italian Bikes Web disclaims any responsibility after the delivery of items to the carrier (damage, loss) 1.6) Buyer can chose different kind of shipping (at his own charge) 2) Price 2.1) All delivery fees, variable according to weight, dimensions and destination, are charged to the customer. 2.2) All prices are expressed in Euro. 2.3) All items are invoiced according to the price indicated at the time of purchase. 2.4) The items will be shipped only after receiving the payment. 2.5) The default form of payment is bank transfer or PayPal. 2.6) After confirming the order, the customer will receive the bank details of Italian Bikes Web. 2.7) Only payment in EURO are accepted. 2.8) Any other payment option must be arranged in advance with Italian Bikes Web. 2.9) All prices indicated in the Italian Bikes Web website include the 22% VAT tax. 2.10) Items dispatched outside the EU are subject to taxation by the local authority. 2.11) The rates of taxation vary according to each country and are applied when the items reach the country of destination. 2.12) Any further fee due to customs clearance will be charged to the customer. 3) Products availability 3.1) The customer will be able to purchase the products included in the Italian Bikes Web catalogue according to the quantity in store. 3.2) If any of the ordered items is not available, Italian Bikes Web will contact the customer and inform him about the time of availability. 4) Responsibility 4.1) Italian Bikes Web s will not be held responsible for any disservice due to circumstances beyond its control like fires, explosions, accidents, strikes, lock-outs, earthquakes, floods and other similar events preventing the sale or the delivery of its products. 4.2)Attention - note that all items sold by Italian Bikes Web are designed exclusively for racing on tracks. Their use on public roads is prohibited 4.3) The Italian Bikes Web decline any liability for any accident occurring to and / or during use of products provided, and can not give rise to the request for reimbursement or compensation 5) Right 5.1) According to art. 5, Dlgs 22 May 1999 n. 185, the customer can assert his right of withdrawal; after returning the delivered goods, he will receive a refund. 5.2) Customers who, for any reason, are dissatisfied with their purchase, have the right to withdraw from the purchase, without any fee and without specifying a reason within 14 days from the day of delivery of the purchased good. 5.3) The customer will pay all the fees involved in the return of the goods, which must be delivered to Italian BikesWeb in the conditions of reception. 5.4) In order to assert his right of withdrawal, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt containing a statement on the will of withdrawal, the customer's personal data, the invoice or receipt number, his bank details to: Italian Bikes Web c/o Marisa Biondani , Via Scrivia 6, Verona - Italy. 5.5) The will of withdrawal can be anticipated through an email to e-mail ; this email, info@italian-bikes-web.com might serve to speed up the withdrawal process but, for the sake of officialdom, a registered letter must be sent anyway. 5.6) Italian Bikes Web will accept the returned goods only if they are in the original conditions; in that case, Italian’s bikes will refund the customer within 10 days from the reception of the registered letter. 5.7) The shipping fees and the expenses for the returning of the goods to Italian Bikes Web are not reimbursable. 6) Privacy 6.1) Personal data are collected in order to register the customer and activate the process of shipment and the related communications. 6.2) Personal data are digitally stored according to the regulations, and will be produced only after a request by the judicial authority or by other lawfully entitled authorities.
